ABB Differential pressure transmitter for interface level measurements 266DLH

Model 266DLH is a specific application transmitter using a differential design for liquid level interface and density measurements, typically for two non mixable liquids (one upon the other) of different specific gravity in a tank.

The transmitter has a defined structure with two seals:
– one direct mount flanged flush diaphragm seal is on the high pressure side
– one remote seal, selectable wafer or flanged flush diaphragm, is fitted via capability to the low pressure side. It is very important to highlight that the seals should have the same physical characteristics (size, materials, etc.) for the two sides. 

With an MTBF that exceeds 200 years combined with the Taylor “All-welded” technology this transmitter can boost plant availability.
Replacing the communication board and terminal block in field is easy and safe: repairs can be done in minutes thus increasing transmitter and plant availability.

SIL2/SIL3 certification issued by TÜV Nord according to IEC 61508 represents another key-feature within 266 pressure transmitter portfolio. This certification is a real guarantee of protection and makes of 266DLH the smartest fit in Safety-critical loops.

266DLH features WirelessHART communication protocol allowing a shorter installation times by eliminating complex wired infrastructures, and lower overall implementation costs of process measurement.
266DLH battery life is about 10 years at 32 sec. update rates, delivering a very cost effective and reliable solution to monitor your process assets.
