Festo VTUG Pneumapole IP66 and IPx9 transfer plate

In cooperation with Festo, Ebora Process Automation has developed a pneumatic pneumapole transfer plate for the Festo VTUG valve terminals. This Pneumapole has been developed for use in a hygienic environment. It is a worthy successor to the CPV valve terminals with pneumapole transfer plates with more functionality and ease.

Festo VTUG with Pneumapole:

The main advantage over the existing Pneumapole is that the valve terminal covers the cut-out in the cabinet. This means that you can also manually make a hole in the cabinet for the valve terminal. (Even if you make the hole by means of a laser cutter, the recess edge will eventually rust). A second advantage is that you can slide the valve terminal from the outside of the cabinet. This means that you do not have to reserve any extra space for the assembly of the valve terminal. A third advantage is that the panel builder only needs to connect very little pneumatically. He therefore does not need to delve into the pneumatic part.

On this valve terminal, it is very easy and quick to change a valve by means of two screws into the valve.

The Pneumapole transit plate is made of stainless steel 304 with a roughness of <0.8um. Has a blue silicone seal to the cabinet to make the whole as hygienic as possible.

IP Protection category

The Pneumapole meets the requirements for IP66 and IPx9 (IEC 60 529 | EN 60 529) Protection categories. More information about these Protection categories can be found here.
